DEX-only movement
Until graduation, tokens only move through normal DEX trades. No quiet wallet-to-wallet deals on the side.
FAIRR the Hook Otter · $FAIRR · Solana
FAIRR, the Hook Otter, is on duty from the first trade. His hooked tail says: if you try something shady at launch, you get caught on it. Actually, you will get prohibited from doing it - it's all coded into the token through a hook and everything is verifiable on-chain.
No quiet wallet-to-wallet deals. No bundle sweeping the supply in one block. No snipers buying their way to the front of the line. And no wallet holding more than 2% before graduation. That's the deal, and it applies to everyone.

The rules
HookedPad's transfer-hook rules do the enforcing while the launch is live. Once $FAIRR is deployed, the token page shows the exact setup.
Until graduation, tokens only move through normal DEX trades. No quiet wallet-to-wallet deals on the side.
Trade-per-block limits stop bots from sweeping the whole launch in one block.
Priority-fee and tip caps mean snipers can't just pay their way to the front of the line.
While the launch is protected, no wallet can hold more than 2% of supply. Whales wait their turn.
How it goes
The rules stay on while the launch finds its footing and supply spreads out. Once $FAIRR graduates, the limits come off and it trades like any other token.
The launch rules come off. $FAIRR trades on the open market like a normal token, allowing secondary liquidity pools, locks and staking. And listings.
Verify the contract on the official HookedPad token page when the launch goes live.
Where to find him
There's no official FAIRR community group. He's out in the open instead: FOMO thesises, pump.fun callouts, GMGN charts, Axiom calls. It's all public, and nobody needs an invite to keep up.
